FDJ’s reach is much wider than you may imagine, ranging from digital lotteries to sports betting, point of sale digitalization , and diversifying our offers! IT professions in France and in the UK are at the core of all our gaming and entertainment offers and Group services. FDJ’s SI uses cutting edge technology:

Our Data Team is a group of over 80 employees spreading accross between centralised units and Data Factories linked to different Business Units. At FDJ, jobs in Data are organised around three main expertises areas:

- Data projects (Scrum masters, Product owners…)

Sales Team
With over 30,000 points of sale across 11,000 towns and villages in France, territorial coverage has long been one of FDJ Group’s strongest assets. The Group relies on its “FDP/FDJ Réseau” (FDJ Network) subsidiary to drive and develop its commercial presence while also nurturing local economic growth Our sales team is dedicated to supporting our partner retailers in balancing commercial development with responsible gaming.

Lottery and Sports Betting Team
FDJ stands out as one of the most innovative lotteries in the world and the only one to offer multi-player games, a blend of physical and virtual gaming, and gamification of skil-ed based games. The lottery team is the historic backbone of the Group and is made up of 130 team members who develop and promote lottery games and scratch games. FDJ is firmly oriented towards an omnichannel experience to provide the best customer experience ever whether online or in point of sale. Sports beting (operating under the “Parions Sport” brand) are the Group’s second major activity, with a presence both in mainland France and online. The sports betting team is made up of 170 employees, many of whom are involved in trading and risk management. With customer experience in mind, FDJ launched the “Parions Sport En Ligne” (Let’s Bet Sport Online) app by widening its offer to recreational poker.

Innovation Team
FDJ Group has implemented an innovation strategy based on open innovation and an experimentation policy . The strategy focuses on five main themes: recreational gaming, player experience, omnichannel distribution, Web3, and Tech for Good. FDJ has built strong partnerships with startup incubators, think thanks, and venture capital funds. It has also launched its own investment funds (V13 Invest and Aria) to finance and create relationships with relevant startups to put this strategy into action.

Cloud Team
As part of the Group’s infrastructure modernisation and Cloud migration strategy, FDJ has built a team called Cloud Center of Excellence, this team plays a vital role in facilitating the adoption of a Cloud-based model. Consisting of cross-functional engineers, they actively contribute to the Cloud strategy, support team in the learning process, developt and implement internal tools and services, and define and communicate on the standards and best practices for using the Cloud within the Group.
