A dynamic workspace:
Our workspace has been designed to be “dynamic”, meaning there are no fixed desks. Spaces are shared and organized by department. Employees are free to choose their workplace throughout the day. There are designed for concentration, interaction, and meetings.

More flexibility with remote working:
Our employees can work remotely for up to 100 days a year and are given laptops, smartphones, and headphones to make this easier. A company-wide agreement on the right to disconnect ensures that employees have the ability to completely disconnect during legal rest times, outside of their regular working hours, and during paid time off.
Initiatives to improve parental equality:
Becoming a parent is one of life’s huge moments, so we pay particular attention to parental equality and offer 100% of employees’ salaries for their 28-day paternity leave and partial salary support for those opting for extended parental leave This policy extends to parents undergoing surrogacy (provinding up to six months of partially paid leave).
