Changes to the Board of Directors of La Française des Jeux

Boulogne-Billancourt (France), 13 January 2021 – The Board of Directors of La Française des Jeux (FDJ) has voted to co-opt Françoise Gri* as an independent director, replacing Marie‑Ange Debon for the remainder of her term, i.e. until 2023. Françoise Gri will also become a member of FDJ’s Governance, Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

The Board has also appointed, from among its members, as lead director Pierre Pringuet. Independent director of the Group, Pierre Pringuet is also Chairman of the Governance, Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

In addition, independent director Fabienne Dulac has been appointed Chairwoman of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Gaming Committee, replacing Ms. Debon.

David Chianese, the director representing employee shareholders, has joined the Audit and Risks Committee.

The ratification of Françoise Gri’s appointment will be put to a vote at the Group’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 April 2021.

* After joining the IBM group in 1981, Françoise Gri held several positions there before becoming Chairwoman and CEO of IBM France from 2001 to 2007. She then joined ManpowerGroup from 2007 to 2012, as its President for France, then President for France and Southern Europe. She then became Managing Director of the PVCP group (Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs) from 2013 to 2014, before launching her own consulting business. Françoise Gri is a member of the boards of directors of Crédit Agricole SA, Crédit Agricole CIB and Edenred. She also served as a member of France’s High Committee for Corporate Governance (HCGE) between 2013 and 2015.
